Some businesses only accept cash?
I was told that some places only take cash not visa. Will they take traverlers checks instead of cash?
While most place accept VISA and Master Charge, a couple of the dining establishments take cash only. Travelers checks are considered cash, so much so that in the islands they are laughingly referred to as "Hawaiian Currency."
